I recently called this service to repair a drain motor issue on my LG washer. While I appreciate that the technician arrived exactly on time as scheduled, the rest of the experience was very disappointing due to what I feel was extreme price inflation. The technician quoted me $442 for the drain motor replacement. The cost of the new similar washer is around $850 plus taxes. When I questioned the cost, I was told the original LG part itself costs their office between $140 and $160. However, a quick check on the official LG parts website shows the original OEM part is priced at approximately $55.
