Wholeheartedly recommend. Everything was great, beginning to end: calling to set up an appointment, very quick response, super friendly, knowledgeable and professional, fixed the issue with my washer. I'm *almost* looking forward to the next time an appliance breaks down, they're fantastic to work with.

Professional, fair, and respectful in person—communication was the issue. The woman on the phone and the tech who diagnosed the problem were courteous, and the price was fair. Their many positive reviews gave me confidence. Where it fell apart was scheduling the return visit to install the part. I called seven times during their publicly posted business hours and did not get an answer or a call back until mid-day Monday. I also emailed and commented on their Facebook page. They replied on Facebook that they’re open only Monday–Friday and return all calls; that conflicts with their publicly posted Google hours, which show Saturday hours. They fixed my drier for a fraction of the cost of buying a new one. They were friendly, responsive, professional, reasonably priced, and the technician was nice to my pets. Very happy with their service!

Extremely pleased with the service I received. The technician (Jon) was able to stop by the same day I called for an appointment. He was able to get our dryer up and running in no time at all and for much less than I was expecting to spend. Very nice guy. Would recommend to anyone.

Called several times for repair on our Maytag oven. We left detailed messages as instructed by the answering machine. Also messaged him on social media. My last message left on his machine, I begged for a return call (even if he was unable or wasn’t interested in helping us), so I could call someone else. Don’t waste your time calling this guy… he can’t be bothered to respond. He posts ads for people to call right away for service; doesn’t have common courtesy to call those who respond to his advertisements. Move onto the next company, you’ll save yourself time and aggregation.
