Northeastern Masonry & Chimney

I had the good fortune of finding these folks to clean my chimney for the last three years . They are always professional , on time and clean! Their technicians are great, they let me ask a ton of questions and even let me watch the chimney camera which gave me real piece of mind. Best of all their pricing was about half of what I was quoted by another local firm.

When our newly acquired home got covered with sud and smoke, we contacted Northeastern Fireplace and Chimney urgently. Their response was immediate, professional and very pleasant. First gentleman Frank came to check and clean the chimney and explained to us that the old house needed a new chimney liner per the new code. Austin and his assistant did a fabulous work to install the liner. Both were very careful in covering and protecting the floor and furniture, work very fast and provided us with valuable information on how best to operate the stove. We appreciated the great service and highly recommend them.

Frank arrived ahead of schedule (we’d requested help ASAP, and we got it!) and from the get go exhibited expert attention to detail and answered my many questions w/patience and obvious expertise. Friendly, prompt and, THOROUGH which, when dealing with fire inside one’s home, is SO MUCH appreciated. Dave and George installed a gas fireplace insert today. The installation went well and quicker than I expected. They were courteous and professional.They explained all the details regarding the install and walked me through the startup phase. Tarps were placed on my floor. There was very minimal cleanup to do. Dave took pictures to show me the condition of my flue and Chimney cap area. I would have them do any necessary future work that may be needed. Dave and George, Thanks again!! Dave and George came out to check on a negative draft issue. They were very knowlegable and worked systematically to solve the problem. After cleaning the clogged cap, they tested to make sure the draft had reversed. They were very professional and respectful of our home. I've been happy with this company in general, from the chimney reline to the maintenance cleanings.
