Had a wonderful experience front to back with Chris, Donny, Dylan, and Valerie. Everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful. We received several services from them in one appointment, and while they were here, I asked them about the possibility of doing a large project, imprompteu -- something I had no expectation of being done that day, but they went ahead and offered to anyway! I don't know that they would do that every time, but their schedule happened to allow for it, and we were pleasantly surprised. Their prices were WAY more reasonable than an estimate we'd received from another company in the area and we've been extremely happy and satisfied with the work they did. Would recommend, for sure.

My experience with Kot Electric was fantastic!! We could not be happier. Our job was big and incredibly complicated involving coordination with National Grid and On a state Route that required a lot of experience and knowledge. Our house is big and old from 1796, And Chris, Valerie, Don and the entire Kot team worked tirelessly To deliver excellent service. In fact, When the power company inspector came, he took a look at the work and said, “Oh this is great work, these guys always do an excellent job.” And as we were walking up from the cellar, he nudged me and told me I’m in good hands. And he was right!!

We always use Kott for our electrical needs. Reasonably priced, excellent work, friendly and honest staff. I appreciate the timely arrivals, attention to details, they clean up any mess as they work, and ensure satisfaction before leaving. Highly recommend.

I''ve had Kot do jobs at multiple properties for the last 3 years. We're lucky to have a number of good electricians in the Capital Region. How does Kot rank? I haven't met anyone better. Pleasant, punctual, skilled, and fair. I'd recommend then to anyone and if I do have any electrical needs or issues I'll call them again.
