United Rentals was absolutely instrumental for getting my building back open after our HVAC went down. Rob Morris was the person from the branch whom I worked with. He literally came through on a Saturday to survey the area to determine how many units would be needed and came on a Sunday to install the heat pumps. His service was beyond professional and he stayed in communication throughout the entirety of the rental. I can't speak high enough about him and his team. The equipment did the job perfectly, pricing was right along with industry standards and customer service was nothing short of spectacular. I wish every equipment rental location was as good as these folks!
United Rentals provided excellent customer service for the 400 kBTU heater rental.
