Appolo Heating

Rating of 1 star because 0 or negative rating aren’t available. My new build home was severely contaminated with concrete dust through the builder’s negligence. Appolo was tasked with cleaning of the duct work and HVAC system which according to their one sentence notification by Appolo’s supervisor Kevin Jones to the builder they supposedly did to remediate the contamination. Jones said he was asked by the builder to supply an email that the ductwork was cleaned. Appolo’s work order has no details describing what was done no pictures, no indication that a concrete contamination was involved. Just a blank page except for the words “duct cleaning”. The contamination remained as evidenced by the pictures attached taken weeks after the supposed cleaning by Apollo. The swiffer cloth pictured is

I have always had a great experience with Apollo. My furnace abruptly stopped working and it has been below zero for days. I called and spoke with the service representatives and emergency line and everyone I spoke with was extremely nice, knowledgeable and helped me right away. The technician came over right after I called and immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed it very quickly. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Kudos to everyone at Apollo they all do excellent work.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but the level of customer service I experienced with this company was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor from the start, concerns were dismissed rather than addressed, and staff were unnecessarily rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue or provide basic customer support, the situation was handled with a lack of respect and accountability. As a customer, you expect professionalism and courtesy neither of which were demonstrated. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Customer service and professionalism clearly need significant improvement.

Kyle was great! He came out twice and clearly explained what was going on. He was courteous and did excellent work. Scheduling service calls is easy, and call backs are prompt. All the service reps are kind, very up front with the expected price, and answer all questions. Highly recommend Appolo.

I had a very pleasant experience with Appolo Heating. My furnace broke down and we were without heat. I reached out to them, and their representative Mr. Edward Liga showed up the next hour. Working with Edward was very nice, he guided us with the best options for the furnace replacement and also helped us in priorotizing the installation since we had no heat. The next day, Appolo's technicians installed the furnace. These guys were super quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend Appolo Heating services for all your needs and a most positive experience.
