The technician was very polite and genuine and patient. He told me exactly what he was gonna do for our service when he got here. He was very thorough. He did a great wonderful job. I would highly recommend this technician to anyone that had concerns with the pest in their house or around the house. He was very kind and respectful. When he was finished, he came and shook my hand and told me it was a pleasure servicing us, and that was very thoughtful as he was very Professional!!

Duan was professional and friendly. Reviewed my contract with me, walked the property with me to address my concerns, explained what he would do and efficiently went about his plan. He was communicative and delivered exactly what he said he would do.

I wish we hadn't signed up for this company. Idk how they have 4.6 stars. I don't agree with the monthly fee when they're only here every other month (when they actually show up), I don't agree with the cancelation fee and I don't agree we should pay when they don't show up. Calling their office gets you nowhere. I called with an emergency once and the lady I talked to couldn't even tell me the name of the pesticide they used, which I needed for poison control. The lady wrote an email to the higher ups and said they'd get back to me. Two days later, I heard back. They're lucky I figured it out and it wasn't a more serious situation. They've cancelled on us 3 times just this month. Happened again today. They told us twice today they were gonna show up. They didn't. We have to take days off

Every rep that has come to my home for my regular service has been kind and knowledgeable and respected my property. They communicate well when they are on their way, when they arrive and when they have completed the service. They also send a recap of their treatments and send pictures. I’ve been very pleased.
