WF was referred by my insurance company to repair our hardwood floor following a water leak. While the damaged area was fairly small, the entire floor had to be resurfaced, which meant that four rooms had to be emptied of furniture, sanded and recoated. We couldn't be more pleased with the repair - the new boards blend perfectly, and the new surface looks great. As a contractor, WF was one of the best we've ever worked with. They're very professional, constantly communicating with us, taking care of all the little details, staying on schedule. We had already planned some vacation travel, and they arranged their schedule to fit that time slot. Nikolay and his team at Washington Flooring did a fantastic job on our floors! We had to replace almost our entire main floor after water damage ruined our walnut floors and we were unable match the walnut for a repair. The team also removed all our furniture, stored it in Pods and replaced and reassembled everything with care. They even found us a great railing guy as our stairs needed to be replaced as well. Nikolay managed the entire project, kept us updated and assured us we’d be happy with finished product…and he was right! We love our new floors and rails…it has completely changed the look of our home! Thanks guys…we’ll recommend you to all our family and friends!
