Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning - Fife, WA

I've used and loved Bob's for over 20 years. Recently had an issue with my furnace on a Sunday and was able to get Bob's emergency service department to come out and fix it for us. They were easy to access, prompt in communication, upfront with the charge (transparent about an emergency Sunday surcharge - which was entirely reasonable) polite and thoughtful with the onsite visit and were able to leave us in good running shape again. Kyle, our technician also left his card and contact info in case we needed to speak with him on any potential follow ups. He was super kind and helpful and we loved working with him. Bob's is awesome!

Bob's initial visit with Greg Coots was excellent. He gave us facts and choices. We had an 18 year old Furnace and hot water heater. We ended up replacing both. A sale on the heater and a partial fix on the furnace that counted towards the new one helped. We had they both installed in two days. We have used Bob's for their filter replacement program for 18 years and maintenance. They are timely and efficient.

Furnace stopped working. They came out next day. Efrain was great. Took care to not damage his surroundings while working, made the effort to get the cat out of the room before working, to ensure it didn't end up in the attic. Explained what was wrong and how he fixed it. He charged me what was quoted. It was great experience.

Everything from start to finish was great from initial phone call to working with tech. Tech was knowledgeable personable and completely upfront with everything he took his time to explain everything and completed the task to my complete satisfaction. I will definitely use Bob’s again for my HVAC service

Came on a Sunday to fix our tankless water heater. Called in the morning and fixed by the afternoon. Everything was great except for the $399 service charge. On any other day it is $159. I wish companies wouldn't overcharge on weekends. I feel they take advantage of customers in emergency situations. Even customers like me who have always used Bob's
