Chris (Aptive enviromental) did an amazing job 10/10. Chris was very responsive and asked for specific treatment needed on the scheduled day which ensures customer satisfaction. Also, at the end of the treatment service, Chris sent a descriptive message about treatment that was completed on the scheduled day. Overall, great service!

Not a fan of the service. They must know it’s garbage, because they lock you into a price based on a multiple year contract. The service and product are such trash I also hired a different company to handle my yard. I can’t wait for my contract to end. DONT BE FOOLED AND DONT SETTLE FOR DOOR TO DOOR DEALS. The product doesn’t deliver, and most of the techs are lazy. I have so much video footage of them doing as little as possible, as fast as possible, I don’t even bother unlocking my back gate when I know they are coming. I also had an incident where a tech broke part of my house, kicked the broken piece away to a harder to see spot, then never said anything. That being said, Aptive did tell ME to get quotes for their system, but I decided to fix the damage out of my own pocket. I had NO F
