DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We used Aquatic Design & Service Group to Open , service and close our pool summer of 2021. In their Basic Solid Cover Opening Service they include "- assemble & start up pool / spa pump, 1 booster pump, heater - re install hand rails and or ladders - vacuum pool up to 30 minutes - remove clean & fold cover - blow deck area - basic start up chemicals". Robbie Keri and his daughter came out to open our pool. They left without pool fully cleaned and said they will be back to complete as pool is too dirty (they were the ones who closed our pool the previous year as well) called several times! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We used Aquatic Design & Service Group to Open our pool on Tuesday May 18th, 2021. In their Basic Solid Cover Opening Service they include "- assemble & start up pool / spa pump, 1 booster pump, heater - re install hand rails and or ladders - vacuum pool up to 30 minutes - remove clean & fold cover - blow deck area - basic start up chemicals". Robbie Keri and his daughter came out to open our pool. They did not clean the pool cover, instead they dumped all the debris that was on the pool cover into the pool and folded up the pool cover wet and dirty and shoved it in the pool cover bag. They left two winterization plugs in, which were plugging up the pool return, so the pool was not circulating properly. The Drain Cap to our Sand Filter, which was Brand New last ye

Ellen and Robbie are amazing!! Our pool pump aqnd air condition both blew during 4th of July week!! They not only came out at a moments notice and expedited a new pump (without charging us any extra for shipping), but came out on the 4th of July in 92 degree heat and crazy humidity for hours to make sure we could use it. They never try to make extra money off of their clients. They really look after you tell you what is worth your time and money. Highly recommend!!

We met with Robbie on July 1. We stressed our desire to move forward ASAP. We wanted our new pool ASAP. As of today, July 13, we have no design proposal or estimate. Despite multiple requests from me to follow up, we have received nothing. If this is the customer service we get at this stage, I’m thankful to have backed out before contracting with this company. I have read all of the other reviews on this company, and I believe them all.

If I could rate these guys a zero, I would. I am a sub contractor who did work for these guys. The terms were set that I was to be paid on completion. I was completed a month ago, and all I have been getting is the run around from them. Still not paid. Now, I will need to secure a mechanics lein on the homeowners property in order to hopefully get paid. I went down to their store that is listed on their website and Facebook page and I learned that they don’t even have valid address. I don’t know if they are a legitimate business at all. Buyers beware! These guys seem like a traveling group of trouble.
