Arbor Breeze

I was hired to do a small job for Terrance in Ann Arbor on November 1st of last year. He needed a step built so he could run a 4” drier vent through it. This job needed to be done on a particular day at a particular time. We agreed on a cost and I provided both the labor and materials and did the job to his satisfaction. It has been almost 4 months now and I have not received any money. I have received excuses. I have also received texts that I would have my money that day! or the next day! but those texts were back in December. Now Terrance ignores my texts. I have hired Arbor breeze in the past. My sister has too and we were both disappointed with their workmanship and professionalism.

If there was a way to give a rating higher than a Five Star…. I would. The service provided by this organization is OUTSTANDING. I have two homes in Ann Arbor and I connected with Arbor Breeze three years ago initially. They have Always been very Responsive, Thorough, Knowledgeable, and Reasonably priced. They are truly my “Go To” for anything heating and cooling related. I’ve had a wide range of services that I’ve relied on Arbor Breeze to provide. Each time, Terrance and his team have exceeded my expectations. The work was conveniently scheduled and completed beautifully. I am very happy with the team at Arbor Breeze and I would Definitely recommend their services.

Arbor Breeze was absolutely AMAZING! Our AC went our and they were able to schedule us for a total new unit installation within a week. Terrance was great and walked us through everything once he completed the work. We also had our furnace replaced (both AC & furnace were 20 years old) and everything went flawlessly. Kaitlyn was also extremely helpful. She was very responsive to all our questions and we always got quick responses. She took care of registering our units and our rebate paperwork for DTE. I would highly recommend using Arbor Breeze!

Everyone at Arbor Breeze was very professional and gave great customer service. The scheduling process was easy. Terrence worked very hard to replace our hot water heater including dealing with a couple of unexpected challenges and did a wonderful job. We won’t hesitate to utilize them again if in need and to recommend them.
