Kevin the owner is a great guy and very easy to work with. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for his help. ( Chad) I think is his operator, has a very dry personality and makes very weird faces while operating the machinery. I definitely think this business could thrive with a decent crew.

An oak tree heavier than an elephant fell across my driveway and within hours these strong and capable professionals carefully cut up the tree and chipped the branches leaving my driveway beautiful and clear! I recommend them for their high caliber of work and integrity filled character.

Emergency snow removal drove me to contact these guys. Despite a heavy schedule they were able to fit me in within 36 hours. Great service at a fair price. Highly recommend them!

My agent with Carolina Cabin Rentals recommended Arbor Care Tree Service to take down a tree stating it was an emergency fearing the tree may fall against my short term rental. Against my better judgement I proceeded with having Chad take down the tree even after reading all the reviews online about Arbor Tree Care Services which I recommend reading before contacting them. The tree was cut down then fell across my deck. Chad sent a picture to me by text message informing me I can take care of my deck and left the property. Beware the up front estimate may not include cleaning up the mess. You will be billed separately for that.

Consumer beware. This company took advantage of me in a bad snowstorm. Charged me $300 just to come out to my house and tell me that they could not complete the job. And would not refund My money. The owner said that he could reevaluate the cost when he got to my property. He said he had all the equipment necessary to do the job. He couldn't even get his truck up my driveway. The (messenger) as she called herself. Said that if he would have completed the job it would have cost even more money that it was an emergency service. But I should be lucky he didn't charge me to put on his snow chains. I thought price gouging was illegal but I guess if you're a snow plower and see the opportunity to take advantage of somebody this guy's all about it. It normally cost $50 to $80 to have my driveway
