My parents hired this company to trim back a huge Magnolia tree. This company has trimmed this tree before and did a great job. However; this time, the owner Bill was not onsite and the tree looks like a tornado hit it. In addition, 3 gardens with hostas and ferns are smashed to the ground. My parents are elderly and I have spent almost everyday watering these plants since the spring and now it's all destroyed in one day. We would have had at least 2 more months to enjoy how lush and beautiful it was in their back yard. I even talked to one of the guys before they started about how we were concerned about losing the shade in the yard. There is no shade now.

We had some big Ash trees that had died and were too close to the house for comfort. Bill came out to do a proposal and while he was here walked the property with my wife and I. He identified several species of trees that were previously a mystery to me. He also pointed out some trees to keep an eye on for possible removal in the future, but was not at all pushy about it. He presented us with a proposal that was very reasonable to us. Fast forward to this morning. Bill and the crew arrived on time and got right to work. Our property had been sitting vacant for 40+ years before we built on it, so the trees had got a little out of control. In the process of dropping one of the big Ash trees, it damaged two smaller less desirable trees, which was unavoidable in my opinion and they are

Bill and his team do great work. They show up on time. Get their work done and leave the site at least as clean as when they arrived. Bill is a wealth of information and great to work with.

I can’t say enough good about The company and It’s employees. Did excellent work and very friendly. If I could give 10 stars I would. My kids loved watching the whole process from each window in the house . Thank you !!

Arbortecture is a wonderful company. They do the big stuff, but can also do beautiful fine pruning. Totally reliable, friendly, and the proprietor, Bill Brittain, is a real expert.
