HIred this company to come out and fix a leak we were getting in our dining room. They came out to fix what they though would resolve the issue, however this did not fix the problem. What we then received was an invoice for another "possible" fix. The issue was not properly diagnosed in the first place so we have issue paying them again for something that still wouldn't resolve our original issue!

Several weeks ago I had Shane come over for a qoute. I told him ahead of time that I would like the plumbing in the house all replaced at the same time as 3 bathrooms remodeled. He showed up with a plumber prompt and ontime and I was thoroughly impressed and awaited the qoute. I terminated all other estimates because i was convinced by personalities this was who I wanted. The first week while waiting a qoute we talked a few times as Shane was very responsive. Fast forward to now (over a month) and I have no qoute and Elitevwill not return a single call. Quite dissapointed and frustrated at the same time because I really do think this company provides quality service, but not sure what happened. None the less i do not think you should dissapoint anyone else so 1 star has been earned.

Had them come out and do an estimate very nice. I had lots of remodeling to do such as a bathroom and sunroom. Never heard from them again and never got returned phone calls, after multiple attempts. A waste of my time.

A fantastic local company! We had our bathroom remodeled and I'm very happy with the results! They were very easy to work with and all for a fair price.

So pleased with the recent renovations at my home, by Elite! The work was completed timely, professionally and the cost for the project was competitive and affordable. Most of all, the end result was exactly as I had envisioned.
