Called Clark. He made an appointment, came out and measured for our railing. Gave us a verbal price. I asked for a written estimate to formalize the work. Sent several texts asking. Never heard back. He may do great work but I'll never know.

I've tried multiple times to get in touch with Chris. Each time he will communicate for a short time then stop responding. If you can get him he may do good work but jumping through hoops for nothing has been extraordinarily frustrating. Proceed with caution.

Yea, this company rocks! Always so accommodating, and they really work for the customer, big or small. I've only ever gone here for small needs (like buying small tube pieces, getting sheet metal sheared, etc), regardless of the fact that their normal customers are bigger fish, they've always seemed to value my business, treated me with respect and have been super helpful. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone needing some sort of custom metal work done, big or small. I've always been happy with my experience here.
