Prior to the appointment I had questions about having an area rug cleaned, and I also needed to reschedule the cleaning for a different date. They responded to my inquiry very quickly, rescheduled, and provided answers to all of my questions. On the day of cleaning, Daniel arrived promptly and was super friendly and professional. Spectrum Carpet Cleaning comes highly recommended. They were extremely professional and did a fantastic job with our carpets (even getting a very tough stain out completely). It was very easy to request an appointment in their website and the turnaround was very quick (needed cleaning within 2 days). All in all a phenomenal experience.

Spectrum did a wonderful job renewing a 9x12 area rug. They picked up the rug at exactly the time they said they would. Rolled it up and took it to their shop for a deep, submersive cleaning. Took a week or so. They delivered the rug back home on time and it looks better than new. Not cheap, but if you have a relatively expensive rug, the price is definitely worth it for the quality of the job they do. Seriously, the cleaned rug looks so vibrant and clean. Thanks Spectrum - we will be using you for more cleaning jobs.

We had some problem stains left behind from a contractor who remodeled our bathroom. The stairs and master bedroom needed extra attention and Josh did a wonderful job of getting the stains out. He worked long and hard and we really appreciated the extra effort. We love Spectrum and recommend them to everyone!
