Arch Pools

I management a 201 townhome community in bergen county, NJ. We have used many pool companies in the past and when we were first introduced to Arch Pool Management 4 years ago, we decided to use them for the pool season. Well that was four years ago and their service and lifeguard service has been . As stated we have tried/used at least 5 different vendors and no company has done as a job in service and providing qualified lifeguard staff. I give them ***** (5) stars. This is a very difficult business and to maintain the quality of service over this period of time. "outstanding". Looking to sign a two year contract for 2026 and 2027 pool season.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We had issues with our pool prior to opening. I told them the water is cloudy it does not look right. It should be crystal clear. They ignored my words. The week we were to open it was way worse. They came out and threw in chemicals it cleared up enough to open the pool. This issue went on into July when they finally came out the week of the Fourth of July holiday week to change the sand in the filter that they finally realized needed to be changed. Finally that fixed the issue. Why we had to wait that long for a fix I don’t know. Throughout our season chlorine levels were erratic at one point having to close the pool. A few times we had the lifeguard just leave or show up late. Worst company to deal with!!

Made my pool worse than before hiring them. Would not recommend to anyone. Horrible.

Incompetent Management. It is impossible to contact the management and if you are lucky enough to reach them they won’t help you resolve your issues anyway. If you can, find anyone but this company.
