Danny came out to my house to diagnose what I thought was going to be an easy fix, turns out I had a cellar that was closed off inside and out that had a light in it, light got filled with water and shorted out which is why the breaker kept flipping. I told him we should just cut the window out under the porch where the cellar was at and see what is under there and that's what he did, the light was in there. He climbed down and removed the light and capped it all because I won't need it anymore. Problem solved. We just purchased a generic generator. Our installers were cliff and Evan. I wish you offered more than a five-star rating. These two gentlemen were absolutely awesome. They never quit on the job until it was done. They were courteous, professional, Pleasant and gave 100% to the job they did. Did an exceptional job of cleanup and respectful coming in and out of my home wearing shoe covers. Before they left Chris sit down and went over all the details of the generator with us. I want to take a moment to recognize an all-around terrific guy in Plumber Doug McCulley w/Arco Home Svcs, who went well above & beyond what his role in this recent experience I had, warranted. I’d bought a new Moen gooseneck swivel-style kitchen sink faucet @ Home Depot recently, requesting HD arrange the installment. It was Doug McCulley/Arco who was assigned the job. He & Alex came to my place, uninstalled the old faucet, installed the new, and within minutes, finished. Perfect. Just as they’d left the house, I went to give the new faucet a try and it literally snapped in 1/2 as I pulled the extender hose out! In utter disbelief, I contacted Arco, who immediately had Doug back to the house in minutes. With wide open eyes, a first for him as well - very obviously a manufacturer defect -
