My wife and I have used Calvetta Brothers for multiple jobs over the last 10 years and have been very happy with the results. To me the true measure of customer service occurs when there is an issue. Two months ago we had a problem with our kitchen floor that was installed 5 years ago. To be perfectly clear, the problem was the vinyl tile from the manufacturer and NOT anything with the installation. I called Calvetta and explained the issue. I was told that it sounded like something that was covered by the warranty. Within 1 week Lance Calvetta came to our house and assessed the problem. He explained the process and promised to keep us updated. Within 1 month we had our new floor installed at zero cost and we’re thrilled with the results. Calvetta Bros installed vinyl flooring in my kitchen and throughout the main area of the house many years ago at least four years ago from that day until today. I continue to get 100% Customer service and customer care anytime I called to ask a question about anything regarding my Flooring. They not only answer my questions they make high recommendations on how to treat and care for my flooring and in some instances, they have the product that I need to complete that service. I would not use any other company in the future for any flooring in my house except Calvetta Bros. They are truly a family of great representation. They love their customers and it shows

Most importantly and the test to any business, the way they handled a problem was where they truly shined. Thank you! Before the Thanksgiving holiday they installed carpeting on our staircase and hallway and installed wood flooring in a first-floor half bath. The staircase and hallway carpeting looks fabulous (real pros did the installation) but it’s really the padding thickness that feels luxurious yet steady that makes my husband and I (and others) comment on how incredible the new carpeting feels while walking on the steps. Our carpet installers, Joe and Ryan, are highly recommended. We had 3 rooms completed in 2 days with terrific service, January 2 and 3, 2025. Great workers on the job. Joe and Ryan were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They handled our furniture with care. Did repairs on the floors before installation, too. Called one of the owners to get a quote for having commercial tile removed and replaced in a retail unit. Spent the time to give him all the information and was told someone Would you go out to give me some rough estimates. Never got a phone call or an email back after that point. Great customer service!
