I had a salesmen Mike Peronek come out and give me a quote on new door replacement. He was very knowledgeable and went over all the details answering any questions I had. He was so personable and put me at ease the minute he walked in. Very polite and just a very nice gentlemen.

We have had nothing but problems with the door which was installed in 2022. Numerous service visits have resulted in nothing. Communication is terrible, all calls are fed to Chicago call center which is totally unresponsive. This results in technicians coming unprepared and frustrated. After multiple partial replacements and readjustments, I have to lock it using both hands and my body (a several hundred dollar lock and many thousands of dollars door)! Update: It took some work to get in touch with local management directly; after that, communication has been swift and they promised to take care of the problem by replacing both the door and the frame next month.

I have ordered replacement windows working with Frank Stanton. This is my 5th project working directly with Frank starting back in 2006. This project will complete the upgrades for the TV, living and dinning rooms, bedrooms and basement. We have also upgraded the front door. Every project has been handled extremely well being on time and jobs done professionally. The workmanship has been of the highest quality. It has been a pleasure working through these projects with Frank and am very happy with the end results. I do not hesitate to recommend Pella Windows and Doors to my family and friends. Thomas R. Pella windows is by far the best place to get what you need. If you decide to go with them ask for Jake Stacy, he makes the process so easy and he’s really a nice guy. I can’t recommend them enough
