The entire experience using Universal Windows was easy and seamless from the first call all the way to the window being installed. Everyone we dealt with was professional, informative and timely through the process. The window was made specifically for our house and opening. It did not come from a stock which made the fit and installation perfect! The installation took around 1-hour and looks like it was the original window to the house and not a replacement. Beautiful job well done! We will definitely use them again for any future window needs. We are super impressed!

We just got our windows and storm door done 2 days ago, my husband and I love it💖 it's durable solid, way more quiter than it used to be before we can hear a loud train noises and car on the street but now not anymore. They arrived on time and immediately got to work. They were pleasant and accommodating answering all of our questions. The few discrepancies that I found were fixed right away. They walked around with me and made sure that i was pleased with everything. They cleaned up after they were done. The new windows make my house look even more beautiful. Very smooth experience from beginning to end and the windows look beautiful! Such an incredible facelift for our home. A four man crew installed all 13 windows in less than 5hrs. They cleaned up everything and left our home exactly as they found it. We would recommend Universal Windows!!

7-23-25 windows measured, 9-12-25 custom size windows installed. installation was to scheduled 9-10-25 @ 12pm, but arrived at 4pm & that was due to an injury to 1 of the guys during @ earlier job. the lone installer got right to it on the smaller window & the other 2 arrived while working on picture window. Finish/trim work was completed on 9-12-25. GREAT JOB, they cleaned up well, nice guys, no goofing off. I decided not to put up awning it looked so good. I'm very happy to have gotten work with a reputable company. UNVERAL WINDOWS, thank you.
