This company is the best! When our central air went out in the middle of June, I had to wait 2 1/2 weeks for the company that I was contracted with to send a repair person to come out. They got here on day 3 of a very intense heat wave and were unable to fix the unit. I remembered a favorable experience I had with Arctic Air a few years back and decided to call them to see what they could do. They promised me a technician that day, even though it was already late in the afternoon when I called. At 9:30 at night, their electrician showed up and was able to fix the unit within about 30 minutes. And I wasn’t charged any extra for the after hours call. They truly go above and beyond, and I would highly recommend them for any of your heating and air conditioning needs.

I had really bad experience with this company. I had setup an appointment (between 9am to 11am on a Monday) weeks in advance for their sales guy to come take a look at our duct work and give me a quote to fix some issue. I took a half day off and stayed home for this appointment. He never showed up. I had to call the company to check the status and ETA. They give me a new time between 10am to noon. I was already irritated. They even reminded me, via text, a day before about 9 to 11am appoint. Anyways, the guy calls me at 11:45am and says he is on his way and be there in 20 mins. I told him I can't meet him as I was almost leaving to work. He wouldn't accommodate any other time other a few time slots he had in the middle of week days. Our AC went out in June. My go-to guy was getting married and couldn't come. I called 9 places. Arctic answered and came the same day! Others said it would be a couple of weeks. The tech fixed our leak, recharged our system and helped make our home cool again. Thanks Arctic. I am using word-of-mouth and sending you customers!
