Arkansas Appliance , Heat and Air

We had our dryer stop working and Samsung sent us to this "lovely" company. My husband called them to schedule them to come fix it on 6/6. She came out to look at it and told us she would order the part and she would be back out on 6/8 or 6/9. No call or anything even with us trying to get in touch with them. Finally my husband made contact with them on 6/12 and they told them the parts were still not there. On 6/19 they told them the parts came in and they would be coming out to fix it on the 20th or the 21st. He tried contacting them on both of these days and could NOT get in touch with anyone. It used to go to a call center now it says when you call, "We're sorry, but they person you have called has a voicemail box that has not been setup yet. Goodbye." Moral of the story, it's been 3

This company is so disorganized and not reliable. I called in an insurance claim and it was assigned to this company. I tried calling for 2 days and the line was always busy. They did not call me until 3 days later and wanted to come out to my house in the middle of the night on short notice. It was so sketchy... and why couldn't you call earlier to make an appointment?? Do you not have a calendar? People have jobs and need to plan. And they said because my claim was for a refrigerator that it was "low priority." Its a low priority that people have to EAT?! Excuse me?!?! The lady said that she could maybe squeeze me in the following morning and I have yet to hear from them. And shocker, the phone number is still not working. HORRIBLE customer service skills!!
