The home treatments are environmentally friendly and safe for kids and pets once dry. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for home pest control.

the team is consistently on time and very cordial. they do a thorough job keeping pests away. the reason for the two stars is that we recently had a yellow jacket infestation. while they came out and identified one of the sources, estimated the treatment and followed though, they failed to identify a second source. they provided a 30-day guarantee, but when we called to let them know it’d been a couple of weeks and we were still seeing bees, they came out and identified that second source. instead of honoring their guarantee, they charged us again, even more this time because they needed to use ladders. we were very disappointed they didn’t honor the guarantee, instead charging more than the initial treatment. i will not be using them for these kind of issues in the future, as i feel they

My technician, Jonathan is the best. He is on time, courteous and thorough.

Had our first service today and was blown away at the professionalism and kindness of our technician, Jonathan. He was wonderful with communication leading up to our appointment and walked us through everything he was doing to treat our home. We’ll be continuing a service agreement with Arrow for quarterly treatment. Thank you for the wonderful customer service not only to myself but my small kiddos too that were home during our service.

Very disappointed with the Wildlife Protection Services. I called Arrow today and it is now taking weeks for them to come. I requested an activity check after seeing a hole in my soffitt. I have had issues with flying squirrels in the past and with the help of a friend, we were able to catch them using sticky pads (that we purchased on Amazon) photo attached. I will once again call a friend to check in my attic since Arrow is not coming until weeks later. Arrow Wildlife Protection has not been a good value for me. I did have their termite protection and canceled that years ago. Looks like I'll be doing the same with Wildlife at the end of my contract.
