I was unfortunately a bit disappointed with the overall quality of the cleaning service. For what was advertised as a deep cleaning, it felt like I was constantly having to request tasks that I assumed were already included in the service I paid for. While some areas were cleaned, several important details were overlooked. For example, the kitchen sink was still dirty afterward—plates, forks, and knives were left unwashed. Floor mats and bed sheets were not put back in place or arranged, and it felt as though we were expected to do that ourselves. Given that we booked a fixed-time deep cleaning, we expected the team to use that time to cover the entire house without us having to insist or feel uncomfortable for asking. My husband and I both have busy schedules and are often away from home, so having a reliable cleaning service once a month has been such a gift. It gives us the chance to focus on errands, relax, and spend quality time together instead of worrying about the apartment. We’ve tried several cleaning companies in the past, and none compare. This is the third or fourth time we’ve used this company’s services, and they’ve done a great job every time. Jessica gave our home a deep clean today, and it was spotless from front to back! From the neat vacuum lines on the couch, to the shining kitchen cabinets and hairless floors (when we have 3 pets), we couldn’t be happier. She also remembered cleaning our home almost a year ago and brought two cat toys for our pets. 🥹 It feels so nice to sit and enjoy our clean home. Thank you, Jessica! We appreciate you! Carmen and Casha did a great job cleaning our house. I especially appreciated their cleaning of the hardwood floors, getting the dirt and fur from our pets removed. They were fun yet also professional
