We had our authentic Persian rug restored and cleaned by Atlanta Rug Cleaning and Restoration, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. The owner personally came out to give us a quote, which we really appreciated — it felt so personal and trustworthy. When we picked up the rug, we were absolutely blown away. The restoration was beautiful — you would never have known it had been damaged. It looked completely refreshed and like new again. The attention to detail was incredible. They also rolled it up neatly and enclosed it so carefully, which made us feel confident it would stay protected during transport. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the service and the results. Atlanta Rug Cleaning and Restoration repaired a silk rug on mine that I purchased many years ago in Asia. I came home recently from a trip to find that a jug of bleach had leaked out of a cabinet and destroyed the fringe on one end of the rug. They completely rewove that end of the rug. The quality of the repair was better than I could have anticipated or expected. They were able to save this rug that I thought was ruined. I would use this company again and highly recommend them.
