I wouldn’t recommend. They charged me for a visit that NEVER happened and then sent me to collections over it. I know for a fact that the visit never happened because me and my husband were home, and my parents were over too. Additionally, they kept raising the monthly cost for their services without notifying me at first.

My exterminator is professional, on time and courteous every time. He always asks if we have any special concerns. (Thank you Devonte) I get reminders when it’s time to schedule. The price is reasonable. And most important, I don’t have any bugs in my home and if one does get inside, the application works well to kill them upon entering. Peace of mind that my home is protected means a lot to me.

I got a call today from Arrow wanting to do my wildlife inspection. They have got to be kidding!!! I paid $3,450.00 to get rats, squirrels and mice out of my attic, rats had taken over my kitchen. They were nice and professional, said they would get everything out the come back to clean and disinfect the attic.They put traps in the attic and under the house, can back and checked them ONCE, then reset and never came back until I called and complained about the smell. I got rid of the rats by setting my own traps and letting my cats in the house. No one ever came back to clean and disinfect or even call to see if I needed anything. $3450, that i couldn't afford, down the drain. I would never recommend Arrow to anyone!!! Rant over.
