Artelye Marble & Granite

I made a decision to update my kitchen. I went to Artelye To look at their products and I spent over an hour looking at different slabs of granite and quartz. The salesman, Danzel, was extremely helpful and patient. ! I finally made a decision but ended up calling back in a couple of days and asking if I could come back and look again. I returned and made a different choice. Again Denzel’s patience and knowledge of their products was so helpful. I was given a date for someone to come do the measurements. They arrived on time and were extremely professional. My quartz was delivered and installed a few days later. The results are even better than I would have imagined. The selection at Artelye Is so extensive and their products are beautiful. I could not have asked for a better experience

I went a few dealers before deciding to go with Artelye. I chose Artelye because of their representative Aaliyah Carroll. She was attentive and easy to work with. When I found the granite I wanted, she worked to make sure that I could get what I wanted. The entire team from reception to the rep who measured and made a rendering of how it would look were great. I walked into the Artelye in Beltsville, Maryland to get help with choosing a kitchen counter. The young man at the front desk was helping a customer, and the young lady seated behind him greeted me and asked how she could help me. Some businesses make you feel like they are doing you a favor to help you...NOT this place! Everyone is incredibly nice and genuinely helpful. The young lady who offered to assist me was Samantha. She explained the entire process, starting from choosing a product all the way to instillation. She showed me samples of what materials would work best for my needs, and didn't try to pressure me or upsell anything. I was thrilled with Artelye. I noticed their location while visiting IKEA and stopped in to take a look. Kris helped me identify a stone that was exactly what we wanted for our project at an excellent price. The measurement and installation went smoothly. The team even navigated my condo building without disturbing the neighbors. I became a bit disappointed after the installation - almost immediately we regretted not adding backsplashes to a desk area and the small portion of our countertop that wasn't being tiled. I emailed Kris to order this addition in late October, was given a reasonable price, and approved the work in writing.
