We had a positively amazing experience with this company. My wife and I have no real experience with stone, but could describe what we needed for a small project: a base for a small stove so its pipe would align with the hole in the chimney. The stove contractor was going to charge us $600 for it. Chad helped us all the way through, from helping us sketch our plans, and then walking us through ideas on what would work best. He patiently showed us around the yard, looking at materials, and discussing what might and might not work, and why. He was upbeat, professional and friendly. Our total bill was $41.95, and we're very happy with what we got, without any compromise involved. I'm still amazed at the level of service we received, for a small job. I'd highly recommend this place to anybody.

Tori was FANTASTIC, from helping us pick out our product, to working out design details, she is top notch. The delivery driver was GREAT, maneuvered around our lawn like a pro. Can't say enough about how great they are Tori took all my frantic calls and always knew what to say to calm me down. She's a real gem! Now if she will just come have a drink with us on our patio............

Watch out for the manager... He is very rude and really scary. The rest of the staff is super nice, but I cannot recommend this place, nor will I return for future supplies, for fear of encountering the manager. Being a woman contractor, I have withstood demeaning attitudes from men in the building trades for years, but never have I been yelled at or felt threatened in the manner this man did!!! I feel sorry for the workers under this manager--he is a brute!

Arthur Whitcomb also known as old castle is a Wholesale Distributor and retailer of both standardized and facade masonry materials they sell concrete blocks bricks paving materials and masonry and concrete working tools as well as blocks used for retaining walls outdoor fireplace & BBQ Pits and patio pavers. Their hours are 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. And there is always someone in the yard who is happy to help you select in and load whatever product you might buy.
