I wish the employees would stop parking in the closest spots by the door. That would be nice. Otherwise, pleasant experiences generally here. Customer service can be slow. No major complaints.

The incompetence of the old guy with the Grinch hat working the customer service counter is remarkable. I had to pick up a couple of bags of birdseed for a customer, and this guy wandered around aimlessly when the two bags of birdseed were right in front of them, sitting in a cart waiting for me. And he kept mumbling to himself and seemed to imply, like I should know what the pick up item was. You’d think somebody working in customer service would have a clue about pick up orders. I wouldn’t have left a review, except that this old R word raised his voice to me when, after 10 minutes and being late for my delivery, I started walking out the door after having confirmed that I had picked up. Which is all that’s needed. And all he did was asking me my name. Unbelievable incompetence.

They're replaced all human support with AI chatbots that can't help you. Chat won't let you speak to a human, and the phone number they give you doesn't have any options and then hangs up on you. These teletubbies think they can replace all human support with AI. Just shop elsewhere. I recommend LaValley's just down the street.

I appreciate everyone that works there but I’m sure the store doesn’t have enough staff. It’s commonly fairly disorganized with items that are plentiful and available for purchase but can’t be located by anyone. Some of the department signs have been warped for over a year( tool rental for example). I hope they find a solution and make the store a better shopping environment. I enjoy shopping here for the wide assortment of hardware when I can find it.

I rent and my fridge broke, so my kind landlady ordered a new one that was supposed to be delivered on Monday. I emptied it out, storing food with my friend and the landlady. The initial delivery time given was between 1 AM and 12:59 AM but eventually they gave a realistic window of 7 and 11 AM. The landlady was adamant about paying to dispose of the old fridge, because we're not equipped to haul it down the stairs ourselves. The delivery guy from Home Depot showed up and checked out the space and the old fridge and then said the landlady did not pay to have it hauled away. He said he cannot bring the old fridge downstairs but he could move it to the dining room. He unplugged it and moved it to the center of the kitchen before going back down to check on something.
