Appreciate the good communication with setting up an estimate and appointment. The technicians arrived on time. They kept us informed during the progress of the work updating dimmer light switches and replacing a door bell. Positive experience with Artisan Electric.

Out of all the companies I hired to work on the various projects (not just electricity) around my house, this is the only company I trust to be honest with me. I especially like how transparent the billing process was. With most companies, you just get billed for the job (there is no itemization). With Artisan, it was itemized perfectly, so I knew everything that would happen and the cost.

Artisan Electric is a top notch company. From the estimator to the installers, they are skilled, smart, friendly, and trustworthy. Jarrad and Densy were very patient with us in figuring out the best placement for downlights in our living room. They had to get in our difficult attic several times. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend Artisan Electric.

I've not hired team at Artisan personally, but I've been in so many businesses during the various renovation projects they have done throughout town. There is a reason that people continue to choose them over and over for their projects, and it's the clear commitment to quality work. Keep it up Chris and team!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Totally professional company. Everyone I had dealings with there were great. Chad Fording was a great estimator and answered all our questions and provided a timely reasonable estimate. Jonah Stephan and Kyle Spaulding did excellent work and were very professional. The total charge was less than the estimate and I attribute this to the honesty and professionalism of Artisan Electric.
