Logan, Seon and Matt all did a great job! We needed a new furnace and the time from realizing that was a need, receiving a quote and having a new unit installed was less than 2 weeks. The entire Hoppy team were quick to reply to any questions, on time, professional and knowledgeable. Logan and Seon did the install and took the time to explain what they were doing through the process and answer any questions we had. Highly recommend Logan, Seth, Matt and Hoppy Heating and Air!

These people are great! They were quick, reliable, and very helpful! After examining the ducts and furnace to see why the downstairs was a bit colder than upstairs (furnace and return are upstairs), they spoke with me about all my options. They explained everything was running how it should after testing and suggested weather stripping on windows, running the ceiling fan to circulate air more efficiently, etc. They didn’t try to up charge/sell me things I didn’t need and when I asked how much I owed them for their time and advice they said they don’t charge for that and said I could donate canned goods to a local organization instead… Great, family owned business! I appreciate all your help and will be using you for all future needs!!! Thank you Matt and Michael!

My furnace broke down on one of the coldest nights of the year—a Friday night, of course. The Hoppy technician arrived within 30 minutes and was there until almost midnight, all at no charge! Their workers were friendly, punctual, and very professional. I could not have been more pleased with their service and the whole process of installing a new Trane HVAC system. A few weeks later, my son‘s furnace developed an issue. Again, the technician was there right away—an after-hour call at no charge—and fixed the problem. Hoppy has earned two loyal customers!

Our furnace went out on one of the coldest days. Chris from Hoppy came out quickly. He diagnosed my furnace, not a good diagnosis but needed. I needed a new furnace. Mike came the next day delivered my furnace and installed it. No easy task in our case. He was great with my husband who had a stoke! He was professional, friendly and informed me about everything. Mike at Hoppy was hands down the best tech I’ve worked with. He is extremely knowledgeable, especially when it comes to data and troubleshooting, and he took the time to explain everything clearly instead of rushing through it. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cares about his customers—he made sure everything was done right and that I was completely comfortable before wrapping up. Professional, thorough, and easy to work with. I’d absolutely recommend asking for Mike if you want the job done right.
