Didn't find the rotting out deck wood... Didn't find the rotting wood on roof... Didn't seem to notice quite a lot of the major things that would need fixing. Spent about 1/3 of the time on the inspection of a 2 floor 3600 Sq ft home that we were told it would take. Took our money happily though - that at least they did correctly. Would not recommend for anything past inspecting a doll house.

I needed to have an inspection ASAP. Chuck was able to come and look at the house I was looking to buy. He explained everything he was looking at and answered any and all questions. He could potentially save you allot. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I'd definitely recommend!

Chuck is the man. Super helpful and knowledgeable, Chuck was very thorough while providing us with tips for preventative maintenance, issues to look out for, and information on nearly everything in the house. After discovering a potential issue, he called a contractor on the spot to get us a quick quote. He was also very respectful of the owners requests for cleanliness, vacuuming up after himself after checking attic insulation. He delivered his inspection report within hours of performing the inspection. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of his inspection and his helpful instruction.

He's prompt yet very thorough and will provide you with very detailed information about your potential home. He even came back upon request for a final walk through before I closed, and as a result, saved me from several headaches down the road. I couldn't be happier with his service.
