I had my old wood deck replaced for new deck to include a roof attached to the house with part of the deck enclosed with screen and part open. Railings on both sides and using TREX Enhanced deck boards for maintenance free living. They even placed screen under flooring to keep bugs out! I also really like both sliding screen doors which take up less opening space Caleb designed/made! All staff was very professional and polite which included Felice (Sales Manager), Cassie (Operations Manager), Caleb (Project Manager), Nova (Lead Manager), Tiernen (Carpenter) and Joe (Carpenter & one who designed my new deck enclosure). I had requested a partial kitchen remodel, and I loved the experience I had with Tri Country Home Pros. They were extremely professional, thorough, and reasonably priced after considering multiple bids. She listens to the customers wants and needs, she investigates all the possibilities and works diligently to provide the desired solution. Myself being an engineer by profession, I and my wife have high standards, expectations, and details in specifications. Home Pros met our every requirement. I can’t say enough good things about Tri-County Home Pros. Felice, the sales manager, came to my home and put everything I wanted onto paper. She provided my wish list to Joe, the designer, and he was able to provide a plan that included every detail in a clear drawing. They were able to give me a new kitchen and first floor remodel for much less than other quotes I received. The final cost was what I was quoted as well. The team of Caleb, Nova and Tiernan were here every day all day working to get the project done on time. In fact, they finished much earlier than what I expected. I had a 10x20 foot concrete patio poured, stamped and stained. And a 2nd story balcony/deck installed, with the same dimensions. TLDR: Great construction, great customer service, and I feel good about the money that I invested into the project. Patio: The concrete turned out better than I could have imagined. Just wonderful; I cant wait to finish the landscaping around it and get some furniture out there. The balcony/deck: Atop the deck it also turned out wonderful.
