Library patron parking is on the 3rd and 4th floors, with an elevator or stairs down and a short walk (across the driveway) to the entrance to the library. 2 hours free parking for library patrons when you validate your ticket at the library desk. Automated gates at the entrance. New building, with wider aisles, good lighting. The garage is shared with other parkers, but the Artisan apartment building resident parking areas are separated.
