Two weeks ago, a strong front came through and ripped a large section of shingles off the roof of our separate garage, I immediately started looking for a Roofing contractor and after extensive research decided to contact Artisan Quality Roofing, they responded very quickly and I was able to have them on-site with my insurance investagator the next day. The decision was made to replace the entire roof and by the next day Artisan provided a quote which was inline with the insurance estimate. We entered into an agreement and were able to get on their schedule for the following week. Artisan indicated that the complete tare off and replacement would take one day( if you live in the South, generally you take schedules with a grain of salt). Artisan Quality Roofing did an incredible job repairing our ridge vent at the Mabopane Foundation Marketplace- quickly and efficiently! Will and the entire team were professional, knowledgeable, and truly helpful every step of the way. When they recognized that our foundation was in urgent need of repair, they partnered with us to make it happen. It’s amazing to see God at work in our community through businesses like theirs. Because of their generosity, our Ya Bana Children’s Village in South Africa also benefited. We are beyond grateful!

This was an incredible experience. Artisan communicated beautifully and were crystal clear with their pricing and timelines. When the day came their crew was amazing. They were hard at work by 7am and fully completed the job by 4pm. This wasn't a small job as our house has a LOT of roof. Including extras like replacing skylights and repairing damaged wood. The roof looks amazing and the crew worked just as hard on clean up as they did on the roof replacement.

Artisan Quality Roofing is a very professional company, from the administrative staff including; Dustin, Olivia & Hallye to the excellent crew and foreman Mike P., I’ve never experienced a company so well organized. They arrived on time, provided online pictures throughout the project and did a fantastic job. In summary, they are Simply The Best! I found them through the Better Business Bureau and noted their A+ rating!

It was a great experience working with Artisan Quality Roofing. They were professional and always kept us informed on all the steps involved before the installation process. The crew arrived exactly during the time frame specified and the foreman on the job was respectful and kept us in the loop. Their mobile/internet technology was great with providing pictures during the process. Their pricing was reasonable, but most important, they were honest. Not storm chasers. A special shout out to Dustin Harris with his honest assessment and with working with us through the process.
