Artwalk Design was instrumental during my new home build in St Kitts&Nevis - yes, they came through for me even though the build was not in the USA. The Owner, Joe Ventura could not have been more helpful. The challenges did not deter him from taking on the project. The entire process went seemlessly and all the tile arrived without a single piece damaged. Donna, Joe and Danielle are super knowledgeable and so helpful! They have exceptional taste and a large variety to choose from to make your home look elegant and uniquely you! Their store is beautiful, organized, and super clean! Typically when I go into tile stores (I'm a designer) I inevitably start coughing and sneezing from the tile dust. For all of the times I've been here, this has never happened at ArtWalk Design! It has happened at every other tile store I have stepped into! I love this place, and it's owners! 5 stars all day long!!!!

Best tile selection in Rochester. I’ve done many DIY tile projects and have found no better selection around. I didn’t feel with a tiles project since I’ve discovered this place and I wish I had one right now but I’ll be back.

Tammy is so kind and knowledgeable about tiles and design. I appreciate her willingness to discuss potential jobs with candor about budget, "fashion"/trends of tile options. She is caring, genuine and not a high pressure sales person, yet she is so educated about her field.

Excellent service, prices, and honest people to boot! Very informative, as well as are not pushy, nor will try to rush you off the phone; furthermore, they call back when they say they will. Years ago when I made my first purchase, there was a QC problem with some of tile we ordered, and Brian immediately offered to make it right, financially. I got busy and let that offer fall through the cracks and moved on with life as it was only a few hundred bucks and was not that important to re-engage on overall., but the fact of the matter was that they were willing to do what it took to make me whole financially and get good tile to me. Looking to do about 2,000 sq ft more soon for a small project in one of our residences and will give these folks a crack at the bid! You won't go wrong purch
