Contacted Ash family heating and cooling to request a quote. After I sent the message, I immediately was contacted by Steven who arranged to visit my house to discuss details. I knew what I wanted, but Steven had his mindset on a system, and I trusted his experience. I went ahead with the quote that he provided, which was competitive. The work progressed really fast. The communication was great and the two man team installed an entire boiler system in one day.. I am Satisfied with the new system with an additional circulator and new digital thermostats, which are much more responsive. We bought our house in June 2025. We are first time homeowners. When winter hit— the heat in our dining room wasn’t working properly. I couldn’t figure it out. Thankfully, Steven was able to come out and figure out the problem. The piping to the dining room radiators wasn’t correct which was causing the issue. He gave myself and my husband several options to solve the issue and attempt to make it warmer in the area. Steven was respectful with the choice we made, which isn’t always the case with vendors when you make a choice that might not be their choice. He came with another technician and took care of the repiping in one day. They were professional and helpful. I highly recommend Ash Family Heating & Cooling!! Out of about 5 quotes for a new AC central unit, you can tell that Steve is not only incredibly knowledgeable, he and the whole company really care about you getting the most bang for your buck with best quality equipment and service. I got a couple of quotes that were cheaper, but I did my own research on the machinery they planned to install and many people had immediate issues and complained about poor quality. Now Steve has my trust for everything heating and cooling in our house and I’m never concerned that I’m overpaying for parts or service.
