Huge thanks to KPI! Our bedroom carpet was very old and worn, and after stretching and a full cleaning it looks brand new. Communication throughout the process was excellent - clear, organized, and responsive. They scheduled the work quickly, and the crews showed up on time, worked fast, and were very professional and careful. Excellent experience start to finish. They did a phenomenal job. Highly recommend!

We couldn't be happier with KPI's services. We fully refinished and stained our old pine floors and replaced all of the carpets upstairs and everything looks amazing. They are great people that communicate well and have fair pricing. Rob stayed in touch with us the whole way and his workers were very professional and efficient.

KPi recently installed about 800 square feet of LVT in our home and did a beautiful job. There were a number of issues with the old flooring, some resulting from a refrigerator flooding the kitchen, some from the prior sub-par installation and some from the former low quality floor material itself. There was a further complication in that the entire space had been professionally repainted literally 2 weeks prior to installation. The KPI team worked diligently and CAREFULLY to remove the old material, repair and level the subfloor and install the new LVT. The entire job was done in a day and a half. They did no damage to the freshly painted (and caulked) trim which was something we were worried about. They moved furniture and a washer and dryer and then moved everything back into plac
