Called on Monday 1/26/26 to report a propane leak to my standby generator. Office was closed due to the storm, but left word with answering service and a tech called me back shortly. He said he'd be out that day to take care of it. No one came. Gave them benefit of the doubt that the storm had kept them busy, and they would arrive on Tuesday. Got home from work Tuesday and saw no one had been here. Called answering service again, and again a tech returned my call. He said he HAD been here, but needed to order the appropriate size flex tubing to make the repair and would be back out here on Wednesday to make the repair. I was home all day Wednesday and no one came. Called the office before they closed and was rudely told that a tech can't tell me when they'll be coming and if I wanted that

Great service! Although we have no comparison, as Klebe Company has been the only one we've used, we can't complain. Heating is expensive! Their customer service is hands on and very supportive; in case of emergencies very responsive and reasonably priced.

We were BEyond delighted with the major work we had done in our home... From estimate to finished job ALL was outstanding! Every question answered in such a respectful way... Klebe is definitely our go to! Appreciative of all the Hard work the day of our upgrade... Many thanks!

Klebe is great! They came right before the storm filling both gas tanks, always on top of things. I truly rely on them and appreciate this service so much. I pay in full in July or August and then don’t worry till the next Spring. Best way to do it! Thanks Klebe!

New to the Lakeville area. Our Landlord has been a customer with Klebe for the past 12+ years. This home is/was set for auto fill. The entire month of January no one came the house. Did not fill up the tank. We ran out of oil. Took 3 days worth of phone calls to get someone to even come here. They didnt have any of the landlords information. Didnt know she's been paying for a service plan yearly. Doesnt know the last time they delivered to this house. Anytime you call... you have people who tell you different information and incorrect information. Oh they also told us they only service this area as a "favor". I don't know what that even means. A favor to whom. Would never recommend.
