Asheville Moving Helpers (Woody and Anthony) are a very experienced professional moving team. They unloaded two trailers in South Asheville on two different days, one into our townhome with a 4 person crew and another into storage with a 2 person crew. They were on time, courteous, resourceful, energetic and paid a lot of attention to the little things as well as the big ones. They called my family’s attention to things that required any kind of review or decision. They were very helpful moving things around as many, many decisions were being made on the spot. Yesterday Woody did not show up to move my daughter after taking her $150 deposit. To save money she moved all of her boxes from the 3rd floor to the ground level on her own. He was supposed to move the heavy furniture and boxes. When he was late she texted him and sent him a picture of her belongings in front of the apartment and it was snowing. He blocked her and has never responded. Woody, please get in touch with my daughter to refund her money unless you want to have legal action taken against you. Do not use this company, total scam.

Such a fantastic experience from start to finish. We moved to Waynesville NC from Charlotte and realized after packing up the house that we were absolutely going to need help unpacking once at our destination. I emailed through the website late at night inquiring about moving help for the next day and immediately got a response. On moving day Woody and his team were phenomenal - professional, personable, and prompt. Highly recommend!!

Although I was a last minute booking - Woody was very professional. He and his crew unloaded my truck in no time. They asked where to place the boxes and furniture, took time with items marked fragile, THEY were ALL BUSINESS! Which is very important considering the experience I had in the past with people taking their time, taking breaks, dropping things. Asheville Moving Helpers stayed in touch the day they came out, did the work, and I recommend them.

Woody and Tom were amazing and friendly I was so grateful that they could help me on short notice and on a Sunday.. I do believe Woody’s skills in storage unit loading are the best I’ve ever seen. Thanks for making a difficult day entertaining.
