Came home from a long day on road, garage door wouldn’t open, spring snapped. Called Aspen Garage at 3:30 pm, Patrick came out within 20 minutes to replace springs. Also, coldest weather of the winter. Great service! Patrick pleasant to work with and you can tell business built on integrity, which is hard to find these days. Highly recommend for any garage door service.

Had the pleasure of hiring these guys for some new springs a few years ago. One day about a year later, my wife's car malfunctioned and somehow backed into the garage door all by itself (dang German cars) before the garage door was up all the way. This caused the garage door to jump out of the rollers everytime it operated afterwards. Aspen guys came back to make adjustments to it for free. They also just came today and gave me an honest opinion and inspection on a new issue (due to motor, nothing they installed). I rarely experience such good service from a company I barely use or need. Wish there were more companies with customer service as good as these guys!!

Good people! I called about scheduling someone to diagnose an issue with my garage door and the person I spoke to helped me figure it out over the phone. It was a really minor issue but regardless I’m sure a lot of companies would take advantage of the situation resulting in unnecessary charges. Earned my business for any issues going forward!

Our 2006 home has garage doors installed by Aspen. Any time we have had an issue they have been able to make it to our house faster than expected and the charges seem very fair. Highly recommend!

I have been waiting for years to get work done on my garage door. I needed to press the button multiple times to get it to close in the winter and I had deformed it some by bumping into it, which damaged the seal and let more cold into my garage. Stuff I could live with for a while because I thought it'd be a big hassle and a big bill. I finally called. They had a guy in the area. It was fixed within 2 hours of my call. He fixed it all with just a service call fee of $110. Thanks Patrick!
