Excellent experience as always! Technician checked everything and gave me some realistic expectations on the system. I will certainly call them again for my annual HVAC check-up. We have been their customer for over 20 years and would not consider going anywhere else for HVAC.

[Summer 2025 Review] So, two weeks ago our AC stopped cooling during the heat wave we had. After a long and hot weekend I called Pharo on Monday morning. Remarkably, they were able to send out a technician the same day who diagnosed a major coolant leak. The unit had already been in service for 17 years, so we decided to replace it instead of attempting a repair. Later the same day Clint Pharo sent me some quotes and answered my follow-up questions. We had a new unit installed two days! I'm still surprised and frankly thrilled with how responsive they are and how quick they were able to install a new unit. We reached out to Pharo when we decided to finish our unfinished basement. Pharo had done the HVAC work for the rest of our home so we reached out to them to add the additional duct work required. They came out quickly, gave us a quote that was really reasonable and were extremely thorough in their installation. The quality of their work really speaks for itself. Would recommend to anyone looking for HVAC work!

Just had a furnace tune-up done by Pharo Heating & Cooling and I couldn’t be happier. Ryan, the technician, arrived on time, was very professional and explained everything clearly. He even gave me some helpful tips for keeping my system running efficiently and left the space spotless when he was done. I’ve worked with a few HVAC companies in Madison, WI before, but Pharo really stands out for their attention to detail, cleanliness and friendly service. If you’re looking for reliable heating system maintenance or furnace repair in the area, I highly recommend them.

Furnace went out overnight a few times. Called when Pharo opened at 7:30 and someone was at our house by 8:30. Serviceman was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He was able to solve the problem quickly. Very happy with the service we received!
