Schreffler Custom Wood Flooring

Schoeffler refinished our wood floors and steps. From start to finish the project was handled professionally and efficiently. Our floors were a pre finished solid wood so it required extra sanding to remove the old finish. They turned out beautiful. The office staff was extremely helpful in assisting us with deciding on the stain color. The workmen were skilled and knowledgeable. They were pleasure to have in our home. Then a misunderstanding with a patio door install left a small amount of the old finish exposed. They worked their magic and now you can’t even see it. They are amazing. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this company. Owner John helped me select the perfect hardwood flooring, a natural red oak. I am so pleased with the end result! Installer Paul is an artist. His work is amazing.

We've had Schreffler work on floors in two houses now. This time was a complete new floor (replacing carpet) on the main level of our house (living, dining, office, family and bed rooms with halls and closets). It was a huge project - the job is fantastic. Everyone (from office staff, installer, wood delivery, and finishing) was knowledgeable and respectful of our home.

Look, I never write reviews, but I had to make an exception for this one. Picking the right company to do a great job on your floors can be daunting to say the least. For our flooring project we had several companies come to look at our floors, all of them giving estimates for the job. As you know, for the very fact that I’m writing this review, we picked Schreffler Custom Flooring to do the job. Schreffler was not the cheapest or the company that could get in the soonest to do the work, but they were the company who explained everything in detail that was needed to do the job correctly. They were never pushy in any way, they came to our home on at least 4 occasions prior to doing any work on the house, just to see how the progress was going and making sure we felt comfortable moving for

Now that our floors are finished, it’s easy to see why Schreffler’s has earned all 5’s on their reviews. We had an outstanding experience with them. They were the consummate professionals: excellent craftsmanship, paid attention to detail, very responsive, strong communication, and just great to work with overall.
