The 30 year old front porch of our house had badly deteriorated, with spalling, chipping and cracks. While looking for contractors and bids to fix the problems I met Adam and Jacob at the Madison Home Show. I was impressed that they were local and with their practical knowledge of small residential projects like mine. Adam communicated with me throughout the process, answering questions and making recommendations. Their crew did a great job over two days, coordinating their work between intermittent rain. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend Expert Concrete Care to anyone who might be considering them!

Needed some repair work done ( cracks and gaps) on our driveway and front path. I filled out an online request for an estimate and was pleasantly surprised at the quick response and timely appointment that was set up. Adam came out and shared his expertise and within a few days we received an estimate. After agreeing to the terms, the work was done in a timely fashion and when we asked for a clarification on one area , the guys were out the next day to address it. The customer service and response time were excellent. No follow up calls were necessary. I recommend this company to anyone needing repair work and assume their other concrete masonry work is equally good. There are few guarantees in life, and I hope that if issues arise in the future, the team would be equally responsive.

I had an upper patio that had sunken a couple of inches over the years. I contacted Jacob to give me an estimate. He sent Adam out a few days later to survey the work to be done.. They sent me a quote for sealing my two stained concrete culverts next to my driveway and the upper and lower patios out back. The work also included laying some cement and tapering it way from the house so that it drained properly and staining it. Nick and Fernando came out on a Tuesday and power washed the culverts and patios. They returned the next day and sealed the culverts and the lower patio. They layered some cement by the upper patio door so it was tapered away from the house to ensure proper drainage. On Thursday after the cement dried, they came back and stained the upper patio. I Recently had my patio pavers and garage floor sealed by Adam and his crew.. I just want to thank Adam for all the his knowledge and time he spent with me with going over the type of sealers to use for each project and how it would be done. You reassured me on the patio I had nothing to worry about, that it would turn out great.. .... You definitely are a man of your word Adam..it is beautiful! Expert Concrete came out after I called them, gave us a fair quote and came the day they said, did the job, looked good, except for 3 screws left sticking out on last step. I showed them was told it would be fixed, so I paid them. After three reminders, nothing. Now I have to get someone else to fix it. Don't pay them if it's not right. They don't fix mistakes.
