This company’s employees have no regard for anyone’s property. During the first stage of their contract fulfillment for our township, they decided to use my private driveway as a parking lot for their roller (see photo). Then, during the second phase of their contract, they again used my private driveway and their own parking lot with one of their trucks. This company is absolutely horrible and I hope no one ever hires them again.

Asphalt Maintenance Solutions showed complete lack of accountability while working in our Lake Wynonah neighborhood. While tar and chipping Pueblo Drive, their crew struck and damaged our mailbox and also hit our neighbor’s box (though theirs survived with just some tar on it). My daughter and I witnessed the incident, yet instead of taking responsibility, the workers simply shoved the mail that flew out back into the broken box and left without saying a word. We reported the damage through our community manager, who said AMS would be contacted, but weeks have passed with zero response from the company. One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever seen. The workers are very inexperienced, their tar and chip process is garbage, and they were out all week trying to "fix" their roads that completely failed from the hot temperatures this week. Route 212/412 and Richlandtown Pike literally crumbled apart.... Their solution?!?! Just throw very dusty screenings on it to try and absorb the tar. The clouds of dust made driving nearly impossible. Probably less than 25-50 feet of driving visibility. Extremely unsafe, with no flaggers, signs, or warnings. Just a bunch of morons spreading dust....Not to mention, my expensive work truck is absolutely covered in tar spots. This company should be held liable and responsible. Your company is going to cause an accident. How dare you sweep up massive dust clouds without taking the basic precaution of spraying the road down first? It’s not only unprofessional — it shows a complete lack of common sense and concern for public safety. The amount of dust in the air was dangerous and totally avoidable. Do better, for everyone’s safety and well-being!

Terrible work messed up Richlandtown Pike so bad, all you get is oil on your vehicle,stone chips and dust all over the place. Cleaned oil off vehicle once already,then stupid flag man told me to drive over it again. I told him no way. Now every after noon they dump more screenings trying to suck up oil.
