Anyone who’s experienced a leak in their home knows that time is of the essence - ATI Remediation came out in less than 24 hours with the call being on placed on a federal holiday. They were able to get the carpeting, sheet rock and all the areas that were damaged dried out and removed in no time at all. Chuck was terrific. Coming to the home and putting together an estimate and working with the insurance company, I feel like he really fought for my best interest and was extremely professional at all times. After a truck ran into the back of my house my insurance company referred Mark 1. It took a lo g time but there were extenuating circumstances that got in the way. Snow, permits, waiting for windows to be made, etc. I got frustrated 😊 Joe reassured us that even though it looked like nothing was being done it was being done behind the scenes. He was correct. I am so pleased with the quality of the work. Everything looks beautiful and I have nicer back steps than I had before the accident. I have since referred them to a neighbor and would do so again if ever asked. My home is restored to its original beauty. The wait was well worth it. Thank you Mark 1 Restoration especially Joe!!!

If you want poor workmanship and horrible communication, ATI is the way to go! My homeowner insurance referred me to this company. I wish I looked at the reviews before agreeing to work with this company. At first, the project manager and adjuster seemed competent however soon into the project I learned this was far from the truth. A project that was supposed to take only a few weeks turned into several months. Phone calls and emails would go unanswered constantly! 1 week after the project was complete I noticed water laying on my new (lower) sink cabinet. The entire sink plumbing was loose and never sealed! My floor needed to be replaced but I chose to have another company handle that project therefore signed a separate contract where the insurance reimbursement would come directly to me.

Horrible work quality and communication. They gave us an initial timeline of 4-6 weeks and it took 6 months bc of work stalls, wrong equipment orders and workers not showing up when they were supposed to. Final billing was a nightmare - we were charged for $4k of work that wasn’t completed. Would never recommend this company.

I had a wonderful experience working with ATI disaster recovery service. I had flooding right before I was selling my house and they were able to come out clear the water and repair all damages in a quick and easy manner. Giuseppe and his crew were very professional and worked with my work schedule to get the job done efficiently and effectively before my listing.
