Did a great job! The leak under my bathroom sink turned into a larger job than anticipated. Richard had to remove the small sink cabinet unit. From the wall to fix the issue. He informed me that I have galvanized piping and that he was hoping he wouldn’t have to take out the wall,fortunately he was able to fix the leak without removing the wall. He put the sink back after removing it as well. He also changed a few of my shower fixtures. & He was even kind enough to teach me a few things in the process. Definitely recommend and would call again if I have any additional plumbing issues. Thank you Richard!

We had Richard replace our water heater the other day and got exactly the type of service we have come to expect over the last two decades. Richard slotted us into his busy schedule the very next day, came in several hundred dollars under estimate, and provided a very highly regarded product (Bradford White). We're never disappointed when we have plumbing needs.

The instant hot water heater under my sink started leaking so I called around to local plumbers. Atlantis Plumbing was the only one that could help in anything close to a reasonable amount of time. Richard showed up fully prepared with everything he needed to get the job done quickly. He was professional and personable. I'm very happy with the work done and will definitely hire him for any future plumbing needs. One thing to note is payments by check or cash are all that are available.

Contacted this gentleman to help unclog two bathroom sinks and stop a leak in kitchen of newly purchased home. Upon arriving, "plumber" says he does not do bathroom showers, and he doesn't have as snake long-enough for my bathroom sink? On to the kitchen, where he informs me I need to purchase a new part. He charged me over $100 for the 45 min or so spent, mostly him talking. I purchased the required part for kitchen sink on my own, contacted same "plumber" to help with repairs again. He says he's going to charge another $110. I ask "why, when initial issues were never resolved"? He replies he EARNS $100 hr - that is the going rate. I reply, "even when job is incomplete?" He says, "yes". So I contact the other plumber in town, who upon arrival finds I am missing another part to r
