Justin was great today! Right before the storm, my upstairs heater stopped working. He helped me understand my heating system better and taught me how to save money over time with it. I appreciate his service!

I wish I could give the techs a different review than the company. Our tech AJ was fantastic. He was conscientious, courteous and seems very knowledgeable. He is why this review isn’t lower. I’d give him a 5 star rating. Also the sales rep they sent out without asking was arguably doing his job so while annoying I don’t fault him. What I have a problem with is that the company sent him and he arrived acting like he was another tech coming to “assist” only for him to try to sell us a new water heater and to try and get us to have it installed tomorrow. And for him to clearly not actually know what components did. Upon further research, nothing but the age supports looking at a new water heater. I purchased a heating and cooling system from Atmostemp. Jason was my initial contact who recommended a system that he thought would be a good fit for what I wanted to acheve! Let me start by saying that I rarely write reviews for companies. However, right from my initial contact with Jason I got the feeling that I was making a good choice choosing this company. Next and in record time I might add. Atmostemp sent a team of technicians/installers consisting of, Josh, Tyler, and Dan. Immediately upon arrival this team went to work installing my system paying extreme attention to detail. The trio worked diligently to make sure that my system was installed with perfection! Justin was great! He was prompt, friendly and efficient in his service. He explained everything clearly and fixed our issues in no time. We’ll hope to see him again the next time we call Atmostemp!

Atmostemp has been maintaining my system for years now. This morning, my furnace had turned off. They were here within a few hours, fixed it, explained clearly what had happened, and now I have heat again! Always professional and polite. Highly recommend!
